PLT Split Limb

After many years in the archery industry, Kevin Strother has spent thousands of hours working with limbs.  He has seen issues in overall quality of limb material, issues in consistency from limb to limb and issues with the strength of the limb.  Using precision limb technology (PLT), we have developed a limb that is like no other limb on the    market.  It will hold a dimension tolerance and deflection tolerance that will eliminate many of the issues seen on the market today.  The limb is coated with a material that will structurally strengthen it to surpass the best limbs in the industry.  At Strother   Archery, our goal is to build the highest quality bow on the market.  PLT Limbs are one of the steps we have taken to ensure we are the best.

 Modular Hybrid Cam

 Through many hours of R & D, we have decided to go with a hybrid cam system on our 2010 line of bows.  We have found that this system tunes extremely easy, and shoots very well.  We have created a draw cycle that is extremely smooth, yet produces speeds faster than anything we have tested to date.  The way we have our hybrid system set up, you will not see nock travel and you will not see any cam lean.  We realize that the “hybrid” type of cam is not necessarily new, but the way we have it set up, is unlike anyone else.

 No-Glove Oscillation Reducer 

 We wanted a product that would double as a speed nock, and reduce the string oscillation at the same time.  A product that we came across is the No-Glove, it is   typically used to wrap your fingers around and pull back the string, on particular bows.  In this case, it is used where you usually would see the speed nocks.  They add a little speed to the bow, quiet the string, and reduce the oscillation of the string.  Not only that, they are easy to set in place, and they look very nice on the string.
